SmartLine® Cove Molding is a 3" x 4" pre-formed cove molding made from chemically neutral, lightweight, closed Ethafoam, and is safe for use with all pool brands and liners. This cove molding comes in 48" sections that are easily able to bend without breaking. The unique plastic backing strip makes it easy to install, locking each section into your pool's bottom rail, allowing it to move as the pool wall expands and contracts.
Cove Molding keeps the weight of the water in the pool liner, preventing it from ballooning out under the bottom of the pool wall. Unlike sand or dirt, SmartLine® Cove Molding cannot be washed out and will not hold moisture against metal components. Because SmartLine® cove molding is made from a high-density foam, and will not change shape or indent, making pool cleaning easier.
