Directions For Use

Regular use of this product will oxidize most of the organic contaminates that result from bather load, skin, mucous, urine, cosmetics, leaves and wind blown matter. These containminates react with Free Chlorine and form Combined Chlorine, which is a form of chlorine that is inneffective as a pool water sanitizer. This product will also react with any non-living contaminates which exert a chlorine or bromine demand and regular use will ensure that the sanitizer used to disinfect the pool water will remain in the pool in its "free" and "active" form.

This product is not asanitizer or an algaecide. For routine disinfection, use an EPA Registered Product according to label directions.

How To Use

• For the initial treatment, add this product at the rate of 2 pounds per 10,000 gallons of water, in order to ensure breakthrough oxidation.
• Subsequent treatment for normal bather load should be made once a week at a rate of 1 pound per 10,000 gallons of water.
• For heavily contaminated pools, more frequent treatment may be required.

How To Apply

Broadcast the required amount of this product uniformly over the surface of the pool water, adding two-thirds of the total dose over the deep end of the pool. Run the circulation system for at least 12 hours to ensure proper distribution. For best results, apply this product when no swimmers are in the pool, preferably at night.

For Spas

Apply 2 ounces of this product (3 tablespoons) per 500 gallons of water weekly. Add more often if bathing load is heavy. Sprinkle the product over the spa water surface while the circulation pump is in use. This product works best when added to the spa after bathing.

Emerge is a non-chlorine shock and clarifying compound that dissolves immediately and provides effective, long-lasting power for pool water and restores water clarity. Concentrate Emerge in the deep end at a rate of 2 lbs. per 17,000 gallons of water.

29% Lithium Hypochlorite is the purest form of chlorine available. Contains no clacium carbonate, chalk or stabilizer. Dissolves instantly in water, no need to pre-dissolve. Counteracts the negative effects of trichlor and acid rain to maintain a balanced pH. Apply at night at the rate of 1 lb per 10,000 gallons of water.

Super Shock 'n Swim 52% Calcium Hypochlorite is similar to Sock-It but 15% stronger and no need to pre-dissolve. Perfect for destroying stubborn algae or as a weekly preventative shock treatment. Easily apply to skimmer basket at night at the rate of 1 lb per 12,000 gallons.

47% Calcium Hypchlorite is used to economically destroy algae and bacteria. Should be pre-dissolved prior to application to sort out calcium carbonate. Apply at night at the rate of 1 lb per 10,000 gallons. For green water add 3 lbs per 11,500 gallons.

Our non-chlorine oxidizing shock treatment for swimming pool and spa water replaces superchlorination & destroys irriating and odorous chloramines.
